Arriving Spring 2021

This 2,200 square foot home, with backyard views of the mountains of Mission Trails, is currently under renovation in Del Cerro. Built in 1969, this home was cared for and loved by families. During demolition, we found old photos of loved ones gathered around the fireplace.  In more recent years, renters did not keep it up and we have our work cut out for us. We are up to the task. The neighbors have been wonderful and we can see their excitement in seeing this home returned to a family that can truly be a part of the community.

Once complete, we will share the after pics. Our investors in this project could see the potential and we know this will be a standout home.
